A winner has been found in the Mega Millions lottery drawing, taking home a prize of $1 million after Tuesday’s game. A second-prize ticket worth the same amount was also sold in Florida and Minnesota.
The winning numbers were 13, 22, 27, 29, and 35, while the Mega Ball drawn was 1. The jackpot for Friday’s drawing has increased to $42 million, with a cash option valued at $18.8 million.
Notably, no one hit the $20 million top prize in Tuesday’s drawing, which will remain in place until Friday’s game. A ticket sold in California previously took home a massive $1.22 billion jackpot.
This marks another winning ticket sold in New Jersey, following a $2 million Powerball prize won last week on Christmas Day.
