Amy Gosa stated that Weston had several health issues and diabetes, which contributed to his untimely death. Despite the family’s efforts to save him, including CPR and calling an ambulance, Weston was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Amy Gosa described losing a child as “the most painful” experience she has ever faced, but also praised Weston as the “most amazing son” anyone could ask for.
