The 16-team field for the 2025 DI men’s ice hockey championship has been announced, with regional play set to take place from March 27-30 at four predetermined sites. The tournament will feature a single-elimination format, with the four regional winners advancing to the Frozen Four and competing for the national title.
The bracket has also been released, with the first round taking place on March 27 and March 28. The semifinals will be held on April 10 at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Mo., followed by the national championship game on April 12.
Denver, the reigning champion, faces Boston College in the first-round matchup on March 27. The team will look to repeat their title from last year and bring home another championship trophy.
