The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will take place in the United States from June 14 to July 13, featuring eight groups of four teams each. The top two teams from each group advance to the knockout rounds.

The group stage will consist of 16 teams competing in six groups of three. The winners of each group will then advance to the knockout rounds.
