The wait is over, and the 2025 Pokémon World Championships are just around the corner. This year’s event will take place in Anaheim, California from August 15th-17th, featuring intense competition across several games, including Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon Unite.
Competitors can tune in to live streams on the Pokémon YouTube and Twitch TV channels for all the action. The event schedule includes Championship Sunday on August 17th, as well as a playable demo for Pokémon Legends: Z-A on the Switch 2.
The main competition will feature commentary from top trainers, including Rosemary Kelley, Scott Glaza, and Aaron Zheng. For those outside of the UK, check out the Pokémon website’s official broadcast page to find your local times.
Additionally, fans can look forward to digital drops and gifts during the event, as well as announcements on Championship Sunday. However, there are currently no surprise announcements planned for this year’s finals.
