3 Eclipses in 2025 to Witness in Eastern Canada and Remote Areas

A total of three eclipses are expected to occur in 2025, offering enthusiasts a chance to witness these rare celestial events.

The year will see two solar eclipses – one on March 29, 2025, visible from eastern Canada, including New Brunswick and northern Quebec, as well as Maine. The second eclipse will be on September 21, 2025, visible in remote areas of the southern hemisphere, close to Antarctica.

On the other hand, a total lunar eclipse is expected to occur on September 7-8, 2025, which will be visible from Asia and western Australia, with partial viewing also possible in Europe, Africa, eastern Australia, and New Zealand.
