49ers Work Out Robbie Chosen Amid Injuries

The San Francisco 49ers are taking a closer look at veteran wide receiver Robbie Chosen, who previously spent time with the team during last year’s training camp. Chosen has recorded 380 receptions for 5,087 yards and 30 touchdowns over his nine-year NFL career.

Chosen was originally signed by the 49ers in August 2024 but failed to make the final 53-man roster. He later signed with the Miami Dolphins and appeared in two regular-season games. The 49ers are now evaluating Chosen amid injuries to wide receivers Jauan Jennings and Jacob Cowing, who are sidelined with hamstring and calf issues.

The team recently waived Equanimeous St. Brown and Malik Knowles but added Marquez Callaway and Andy Isabella on one-year deals. With the team looking to fill the void in their wide receiver room, Chosen’s experience could be an asset as they navigate training camp.
