Macquarie-led group acquires Qube Holdings Ltd for $8.3 billion, ending a dry spell of mergers and acquisitions in Australia after a challenging 2025. The deal, valued at A$11.7 billion, is the largest in Australia since Blackstone bought AirTrunk for A$24 billion last year.
