9-1-1 Season 7 Finale Ends With Tragic Sacrifice

Actor Peter Krause reveals that Bobby Nash, played by himself, is like an invincible animated character when discussing the show’s graphic content, which often puts its characters in life-threatening situations. In the season 7 finale, Bobby makes a heroic sacrifice to save his team.

In the series finale, Chimney and Ravi are the top contenders for death after being exposed to CCHF. However, Bobby saves all three, but not before using up the last antidote on Chimney, leaving none for Buck. In his final moments, Bobby tells Buck that he’s okay and needs him to stay alive.

When Athena calls in to say goodbye, Bobby reveals he took off his mask because of a hole in his breathing apparatus, which caused it to malfunction. He insists on spending time alone with her before passing away due to the virus. In a heart-wrenching scene, Athena pleads with Buck to save him, but Bobby says he chose to save his team and not himself.

The episode ends with footage of Bobby’s body being taken out of the lab in a body bag, and his helmet is seen on the ground. The show will continue with three more episodes of season 8 and return for season 9.
