Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with two new lawsuits over allegations of sexual assault. The first lawsuit claims that minutes before a deadly stampede broke out at a City College of New York basketball game in 1991, Combs allegedly sexually assaulted a woman who was visiting the city with a friend. The second lawsuit alleges that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted an Oklahoma woman at one of his “Black Parties” in 2006.
Combs’ lawyers have denied all allegations, stating that he has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. However, the lawsuits claim that Combs used his power and influence to intimidate and silence his alleged victims.
The first lawsuit claims that Combs took a woman to a makeshift dressing room where he allegedly sexually assaulted her after she had taken a drink from him. The second lawsuit alleges that Combs drugged an Oklahoma woman and then assaulted her, leaving her with “constant pain” and anxiety for weeks afterward.
Combs has been linked to nearly 40 civil lawsuits over his alleged misconduct, including a sex trafficking complaint filed by his ex-partner Cassie Ventura in November 2023. He was arrested and charged with racketeering and sex trafficking charges in September, but has pleaded not guilty to the allegations.
These new lawsuits raise serious questions about Combs’ handling of allegations of sexual assault and whether he is truly committed to changing his behavior to ensure that his alleged victims are protected.
