Rapper Diddy is facing another sexual assault lawsuit. LaTroya Grayson, an Oklahoma woman who won a radio contest in 2006, has filed a complaint against Diddy and several other companies. The incident allegedly occurred at one of Diddy’s parties in New York City.
According to Grayson’s account, she was invited to attend the party along with her sibling, who had won a round-trip airfare to New York through a local radio station. However, when they arrived, their tickets were separated, and Grayson claims to have been drugged and raped at some point during the evening.
Grayson has included photos from the trip, including a hotel bill and airline tickets, in her complaint. She also admits that she has no memory of the events and never spoke with Diddy at the event.
The lawsuit alleges that Grayson was told not to pursue action against Diddy due to his celebrity status. Diddy’s attorneys have dismissed the allegations as “pure fiction” and stated that their client has never engaged in sex trafficking or assaulted anyone.
This is not the first time Diddy has faced a sexual assault lawsuit, with Grayson’s case being the latest development. The rapper is currently awaiting trial for other charges.
