Quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko, who came up with the plan, said it was about preparing for unexpected challenges and changing things up after a long season. The team’s camaraderie and sense of humor were evident as they laughed at the unusual exercise.
While the temperature in the freezer may not be quite as cold as Lambeau Field’s expected lows, Rattler believes it will help him feel more prepared for the game. “If I’m even slightly more ready to roll than I would have been,” Janocko said, “it’s worth it.”
