The Tesla Cybertruck can serve as a versatile vehicle for various purposes, from daily driving to off-roading and even serving as a boat. However, it has its limitations, making it vulnerable to powerful opponents like the Koenigsegg Agera supercar. TheStradman takes the gold-wrapped Tesla Cybertruck for two days and decides to pit it against the sports car at the drag strip.
The dual-motor Cybertruck can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds, run the quarter mile in 12.3 seconds at 110.3 mph, and reach a top speed of 112 mph. Its opponent, the Koenigsegg Agera, is powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 947 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque in its standard version.
Despite the Cybertruck’s impressive specs, the Agera leaves it far behind on a rolling start at 40 mph. The top-of-the-line Agera RS boasts an even more impressive power-to-weight ratio: 1,360 metric horsepower to 1,360 kilograms. The Cybertruck gets another chance at 10 mph, but the Agera’s momentum proves too much, and it easily surpasses the EV.
