Adam Sandler is revving up for his sequel to the 1996 golf comedy film Happy Gilmore. The new trailer, released on Christmas Day, features Sandler sporting Happy Gilmore’s iconic jersey while golfing, alongside a first glimpse of Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce. Kelce, who recently appeared in an NFL game streamed on Netflix, joins a star-studded cast that includes Bad Bunny, Eminem, Kid Cudi, and Nick Swardson.
Sandler previously revealed that Eminem made a surprise appearance on set, where he shot several scenes and even shared some hilarious one-liners with the cast. The movie is expected to release next summer on Netflix, following in the footsteps of its predecessor’s streaming debut.
