OnePlus Watch 3 Leaks Reveal Exciting Health Features

The highly anticipated OnePlus Watch 3 is expected to launch soon, and recent leaks have given us a glimpse of its exciting health features. The upcoming smartwatch will boast several innovative health-related features that are not only impressive but also play catch-up with rivals from Apple and Samsung.

According to Android Authority, the OHealth app version 4.30.11_e27d199_241122 hints at new features for the OnePlus Watch 3. These features include ECG functionality, which can detect Afib, frequent PVCs, high and low heart rates, and more. This suggests that the watch will support ECG, with the predecessor lacking this feature.

Another notable feature is the Wrist Temperature function, which requires establishing a baseline temperature by sleeping with the timepiece for at least five days, with one sleep session lasting four or more hours. Additionally, the 60-second Checkup feature will measure three major health risks (heart health, blood vessel elasticity, and sleep snoring) using seven health indicators.

The OHealth app will also gain a Health tab hosting Health Insights and the Health Journey features. While some of these features may eventually be available on older OnePlus Watch models, it appears that they will initially debut on the OnePlus Watch 3.

In terms of specs, the watch is expected to have similar specs to its predecessor: a Snapdragon W5 chip, 2 gigs of RAM, and 32 gigs of storage. The battery size is also larger than 500mAh.
