‘Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy’ Exposes Troubling Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs is set to face the consequences of his alleged past actions with a new documentary that delves into his rise to fame and the damning allegations against him. “Making of a Bad Boy,” a Peacock documentary special, will air on January 14, offering a raw look at Combs’ career and the shocking claims made by those who have accused him of rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse.

Attorney Lisa Bloom, representing Dawn Richard in her lawsuit against Combs, calls him “a monster” in the opening of the documentary. Combs has faced multiple civil suits alleging rape and sexual assault, with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accusing him of rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse in a lawsuit that was settled just one day after filing.

The doc features candid interviews with Combs’ associates over the years, including friends and colleagues who share their experiences working with the Bad Boy Records founder. They reveal disturbing allegations, including accusations that Combs engaged in sex acts with underage girls, including a 13-year-old girl at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in 2000.

Combs was arrested in September and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial is set to begin on May 5. The documentary’s release comes just four months after his arrest and will stream on Peacock starting January 14.
