Wayne Osmond, the brother of legendary siblings Donny and Marie Osmond, has died at the age of 73. According to his daughter Amy Osmond Cook’s Facebook post, he passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and five children.
The family released a statement saying Wayne’s legacy of faith, music, love, and laughter will be deeply missed by many. He is survived by his beloved wife, five children, and numerous fans worldwide who were inspired by his talent and generosity.
Merrill Osmond, Donny’s brother, shared a heartfelt tribute to Wayne on Facebook, describing him as a saint with humility, kindness, and unconditional love. Donny also took to Instagram to pay tribute to his brother, saying he brought light, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him.
Wayne’s daughter Amy is struggling to accept her father’s death but expressed gratitude for the time they spent together, calling him her “twin” and thanking him for his strength and loyalty.
