Apple has revealed new content coming to its iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV platforms in 2025. The company’s popular fitness service, Apple Fitness+, will introduce a progressive strength training program and a new course targeting major muscle groups. This year also sees the launch of “Strength, Endurance, and Agility for Pickleball,” guided by number one-ranked pickleball player Catherine Parenteau.
Apple Fitness+ will offer more variety with the introduction of Yoga Peak Poses, where users can focus on specific poses to build confidence. The service will also expand its music offerings, featuring playlists from Janet Jackson, Coldplay, and Bruno Mars. Additionally, a new section dedicated to Breath Meditation will be available, offering five 10-minute meditations.
The Time to Walk app will receive new episodes starting January 13, including actor Adam Scott, Tiffany Haddish, and Rita Ora. Apple has also collaborated with Strava to enhance the integration between the two services, allowing users to share more detailed information about their workouts.
Furthermore, an exclusive Apple Watch limited-edition award will be introduced, where users can earn it by closing all three Activity Rings for seven consecutive days. With its new content set to launch on January 6, 2025, Apple Fitness+ is poised to remain a leading fitness service, catering to various needs and preferences.
