Apple Fitness Plus Unveils New Workouts, Integration with Strava, and Exciting Features for 2025

Apple Fitness Plus is kicking off 2025 with a bang, introducing new workout programs, a major collaboration with Strava, and exciting features that will make users happy. After its redesign in 2024, the platform has made classes easier to find, and now, it’s taking fitness to the next level.

One of the most significant updates is the integration with Strava, one of the best fitness apps. Users can now export their data directly into Strava, allowing them to view workout metrics alongside other statistics. This feature also enables users to see the title and episode number of workouts, genre, and even the Fitness+ Trainer.

In addition, celebrated athletes from the Strava community will join the Fitness+ studio as special guests in workouts throughout the year. Although their identities are being kept under wraps, fans can expect sessions similar to Scott Jurek’s “Yoga for Runners” collaboration with Jessica Skye.

New programs include “3 Perfect Weeks of Strength,” which focuses on building and maintaining strength, and a dedicated pickleball program led by Catherine Parenteau. There’s also an “Introduction to Breath Meditation” program, as well as classes focusing on individual yoga poses.

The Artist Spotlight Series is back with new episodes from popular artists like Janet Jackson, Coldplay, and Kendrick Lamar. Time to Walk, Fitness+’s series of audio-only guided walks, returns with new episodes featuring celebrities like Adam Scott and Maddie Ziegler.

One of the most exciting promotions is the integration with Strava, which includes three months of free Apple Fitness Plus for subscribers. Existing users can also score free trials by purchasing an Apple device like an Apple Watch or iPhone.

Fitness Plus offers a range of pricing options, starting at $9.99 a month or $79.99 for an annual subscription. With its new features and exciting updates, it’s no wonder Apple Fitness Plus is becoming increasingly popular among fitness enthusiasts.
