Nvidia stock rose more than 3% on Monday, pushing past a key buy point and adding 0.6% in extended trading. The company’s CEO Jensen Huang delivered the keynote speech at CES 2025, which started around 9:45 p.m. ET. However, investors are left wondering if Nvidia can maintain its lead in the AI revolution.
Nvidia’s rival Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) also jumped to new highs, driven by strong demand for AI servers. Meanwhile, other artificial intelligence chip stocks rose bullishly after Hon Hai Precision Industry announced record fourth-quarter revenues. Despite the gains, some analysts are warning that cracks may emerge in Nvidia’s “AI armor.”
