Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra specs have leaked, revealing faster wireless charging speeds than expected. According to reliable leaker Roland Quandt, the upcoming flagship will support 25W wireless charging, surpassing its predecessor’s 15W capabilities. However, it remains uncertain if this is entirely accurate due to potential limitations on Qi2 magnetic wireless charging.
Other notable specs include a 2,600-nit peak brightness and HDR10+ support for the screen, as well as a slimmer shell design compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The device will allegedly feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, 120Hz refresh rate, and 45W wired charging in three configuration options: one with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, another with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, and a third with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
Dimensions and weight have also been confirmed, measuring 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and weighing 219g. These specs will likely be confirmed at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22.
