Capcom has announced a second beta test for its upcoming RPG, Monster Hunter Wilds, giving players another chance to experience the game ahead of its release. The new beta will feature the return of a fan-favorite monster, Gypceros, and rewards for those who participate.
The second beta will take place in two parts: from February 6 to 9, and then again from February 13 to 16. Players who participate in the second beta test will receive exclusive rewards, including the Stuffed Felyne Teddy pendant, which can be used to customize their favorite weapon in the full game.
However, Capcom notes that adjustments made to the game during development, such as performance improvements and quality-of-life changes, will not be included in this beta. Instead, players will get a taste of the gameplay experience before its release.
The second beta offers an opportunity for fans to try out new features, such as Focus Mode, which provides a more immersive hunting experience. The event also includes exclusive item packs, ensuring that players are well-equipped to start their hunt from the beginning.
For those eager to dive in, the first Monster Hunter Wilds beta was available in 2024. This second test allows for another chance to experience the game and take advantage of new features before its official launch.
