Kohl’s to Close 27 Underperforming Stores Nationwide

Kohl’s plans to shut down 27 underperforming stores across the US, including two locations in Ohio’s Cincinnati area. The closures are part of the retailer’s efforts to restructure and support its long-term growth strategy.

These locations are among the 27 stores closing nationwide.

The remaining closures are in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Employees at the affected stores will be offered support to aid their transition.

Kohl’s operates over 1,150 stores across the country, with 60 locations in Ohio.
