Apple Watch Ultra 3 to Monitor Blood Pressure in 2025

Apple is reportedly planning to upgrade its Apple Watch models in 2025, including the Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Series 11. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, these premium watches will feature high blood pressure detection, which works similarly to the sleep apnea detection feature.

However, unlike other smartwatches that can provide specific readings for blood pressure, the new Apple Watches won’t be able to give exact diastolic or systolic levels. Instead, they’ll alert users if they’re in a state of hypertension, without providing specifics.

The health upgrade is part of a larger plan to improve satellite tech and 5G capabilities. Gurman also mentioned that Apple is still working on non-invasive blood-glucose tracking, a feature that has been elusive for the company.

While the exact details are not yet clear, it’s likely that the Apple Watch Ultra 3 will be one of the first devices to integrate this feature. With its launch in September 2025, fans of the series can look forward to an upgrade that prioritizes health and wellness.
