Diddy’s Lawyer Claims ‘Freak Offs’ Videos Show Consensual Sex

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team has filed a new court document, arguing that videos of alleged “freak offs” show that the encounters were consensual and not coercive. The defense claims the prosecution’s allegations are “sexist and puritanical.” They have requested access to the videos used in the indictment, which prosecutors claim featured male sex workers and women coerced into participation.

Combs faces federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and is currently behind bars in Brooklyn. His trial is set for May 2024. Combs’ lawyers argue that the prosecution’s theory perpetuates negative stereotypes of female victimhood and lack of agency.

The case centers around the alleged “freak offs,” which prosecutors claim were elaborate sex performances allegedly coerced into by Combs. However, Combs’ defense claims there was no coercion involved and that the sexual activity was filmed consensually.
