Carrie Underwood to Sing at Donald Trump’s Inauguration

Country music stars, including Kid Rock and Billy Ray Cyrus, will perform over the weekend and Monday as part of Donald Trump’s inauguration events in Washington, D.C. Lee Greenwood, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, and others have been confirmed to participate.

Carrie Underwood is set to sing “America the Beautiful” on the steps of the U.S. Capitol during the official swearing-in ceremony on Monday at noon ET. The event will also feature tenor Christopher Macchio singing the national anthem.

Trump’s Make America Great Again Victory Rally on Sunday will include performances by Kid Rock, the Village People, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Liberty University’s Praise Choir. On Monday evening, the Village People, Aldean, and a surprise musical guest will perform at the Liberty Ball.

Other performers include Rascal Flatts, Parker McCollum, and Gavin DeGraw at separate events. Trump co-chairs Steve Witkoff and Kelly Loeffler describe the events as a celebration of music, unity, and patriotism.

The inauguration ceremony is scheduled to begin around 9:30 a.m. ET on Monday, with security screening gates opening at 5 a.m.
