Trump Appoints Hollywood Legends as ‘Mr. Ambassadors’

US President-elect Donald Trump has appointed three prominent actors – Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone – to serve as “Special Ambassadors” to Hollywood, California. The honorific designation was announced at the “Make America Great Again Victory Rally” in Washington D.C., one day before Trump’s inauguration.

Trump praised the trio, calling them “great actors” and “tremendously talented guys.” He stated that they will serve as Special Envoys to help bring Hollywood back to its former glory. The appointment was first announced on January 16 by Trump on his Truth Social platform.

Gibson expressed surprise at the announcement but vowed to give his full support, asking about the possibility of an ambassador’s residence. Voight echoed similar sentiments, stating that he believes with Trump’s help, Hollywood can be restored to its former greatness.

All three actors have been vocal supporters of Trump in the past, with Stallone even calling him “the second George Washington.” During the rally, Voight concluded his speech with a prayer for Trump, praising him as a hero and expressing his gratitude for being re-elected.
