Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) has resumed operations at factories that were evacuated following a devastating earthquake on the island. The quake, which measured 6.4 magnitude, injured at least four people and prompted an evacuation of several plants in affected regions. However, TSMC has stated that all production facilities are now resuming normal operations, with power and water supply systems functioning properly. The company is continuing to inspect sites and assess the impact of the suspensions, but all affected sites appear to be stable for production.
