HBO has announced a fourth season of its hit anthology series “The White Lotus” before the third season’s premiere on February 16. The show, created by Mike White, follows the privileged guests and employees of an exclusive resort chain in different locations each season.
A dark comedy drama, “The White Lotus” has received critical acclaim, earning 15 Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globes since its debut in July 2021. The third season, set at a Thai resort, will explore the lives of guests and employees over a week-long stay.
The cast includes an ensemble of talented actors, including Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, and Parker Posey, among others. Following previous locations in Hawaii and Sicily, the new season promises to deliver more intrigue and humor.
Veteran journalist Marc Berman has been analyzing the media landscape for Forbes since 2020, and his expertise will likely shed light on the show’s continued success.
