The philanthropist and former news anchor wore a monochromatic white ensemble by Alexander McQueen to President Donald Trump’s Jan. 20 ceremony. However, she also attended the Starlight Ball wearing a dramatic Dolce & Gabbana gown with a corset-style bodice and long sleeves.
On Instagram, users shared their thoughts on her all-white look, with some expressing admiration for her confidence and others criticizing it as risqué. Sánchez “liked” several supportive comments, including ones praising her modern style and boldness.
This is not the first time Sánchez has worn a similar outfit. She previously wore the same white suit to The New York Times DealBook event in December, posting a selfie on Instagram with the caption “Winter white”. It appears that she is unapologetic about expressing herself through fashion.
