UFC Saudi Arabia 2025: Middleweight Clash Updates

UFC Saudi Arabia Fight Night on Saturday, February 1, marks the first major event outside the U.S. in over two years. The main card features a middleweight clash between former champion Israel Adesanya and undefeated Shara “Bullet” Magomedov. Adesanya, ranked No. 2 in the UFC’s 185-pound division, is on a three-fight losing streak after his fight against Dricus Du Plessis in September 2024. Meanwhile, Magomedov, ranked No. 14, delivered a knockout win over Armen Petrosyan at UFC 308 earlier this year.

The co-main event sees Michael “Venom” Page challenge for the first time as an 185-pounder against Shara Magomedov in a bout expected to feature both styles. Page lost his last fight to Ian Machado Garry, while Magomedov’s knockout win adds credibility to her case for the title.

For streaming options, UFC Saudi Arabia will be available on ESPN+. More updates and highlights from the event can be found following its broadcast.
