No Doubt performed at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles as part of the FireAid concert series on Thursday night. The band, led by Gwen Stefani, opened with a playful rendition of their 1995 hit “Just a Girl” before delivering an emotional performance of “Don’t Speak.” They also played their traditional set closer “Spiderwebs.”
The show was organized in response to the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles, aiming to raise money for those affected. The concert was broadcast live on various platforms, including AMC Theaters, iHeartRadio, Apple Music, and Netflix.
No Doubt’s performance marked a rare reunion, following their last appearance together at Coachella last year. The band’s 2012 album “Push and Shove” received mixed reviews and was not commercially successful, with Stefani admitting that creating the record was a challenging experience due to her physical and emotional exhaustion after touring and giving birth.
Despite the challenges, Gwen Stefani expressed gratitude for fans who listened to their music, stating that it helped them overcome the struggles of writing and recording their album.
