HGTV star Christina Haack is finally revealing her new team of experts to compete in the highly-anticipated show “The Flip Off”. Originally, her third husband Josh Hall was set to join her as a teammate, but they split in July 2024. Now, Haack is turning to contractor Michael Lange and design partner Kylie Wing to help her transform a fixer-upper and beat Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather.
In the show’s premiere episode, which aired on January 29, viewers met Lange, who has over 25 years of experience in construction, and Wing, Christina’s business partner in their company “Christina & Kylie”. The duo stepped up to help Haack with a kitchen renovation for her flip property.
Lange is also involved in Christina & Kylie’s projects and competes in motocross racing on social media. He was one of the first people to meet Haack after her split from Josh, who he later referred to as “a good man”.
Wing previously worked in fashion before transitioning into interior design, launching her own boutique design firm due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She hit it off with Christina when they were introduced by a mutual friend.
Haack and Wing have a strong professional and personal connection, described as having similar styles that allow them “to read each other’s mind”. When Josh mentioned he lacked experience in a high-pressure project like this, Lange jokingly agreed, saying it was straightforward.
The Flip Off airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
