Canadian Man Arrested in Snowflake Breach Case

A suspect linked to this year’s wave of high-profile Snowflake data breaches has been arrested in Canada. The individual, using the nicknames “Judische” and “Waifu”, is allegedly responsible for over 165 Snowflake instance breaches. This comes after months of notable breaches at companies like AT&T, Ticketmaster, and LendingTree. Cybersecurity researchers had gathered valuable information on the suspect before coordinating with international law enforcement to bring them in. The suspect’s attempts to avoid detection, including destroying evidence and claiming they would “bond out” if arrested, appear to have ultimately led to their capture.
