Beyoncé Teases Cowboy Carter Tour Ahead of Grammys

Beyoncé is heading out on tour to support her eighth studio album “Cowboy Carter.” The announcement comes ahead of the 65th Annual Grammy Awards, which will take place on Sunday.

The news was first teased by Netflix, which changed the description of Beyoncé’s special “Beyoncé Bowl” from “Beyoncé Bowl” to “Cowboy Carter Tour.” Beyoncé later confirmed the tour on her Instagram page with a snippet that reads “Cowboy Carter Tour.”

However, details about the tour remain unclear. There is no word yet on when tickets will go on sale or what dates and locations will be included.

The announcement comes after Beyoncé postponed the initial reveal due to devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. She first hinted at the tour’s existence by posting a cryptic message on January 14, but then radio-quieted until now.

Beyoncé has been working on “Cowboy Carter” for over five years and has spoken out about its creation. The album is a result of her personal experiences and challenges she faced as a Black woman in the country music genre.

The project is part of Beyoncé’s larger three-act plan, which includes her 2023 album “Renaissance” and the upcoming tour. The Renaissance World Tour concluded last October, with Beyoncé performing 56 shows across Europe and North America.

Beyoncé has a reputation for delivering high-energy live performances, and fans are eagerly anticipating what she has in store for this new tour.
