OPEC+ has reaffirmed its existing oil-production plans despite President Donald Trump’s calls for lower crude prices. The coalition, led by Saudi Arabia and Russia, will maintain current supply levels until the end of this quarter, before gradually increasing output in monthly stages starting from April. This plan is aimed at preventing a surplus and stabilizing oil prices, which has been under pressure due to the group’s previous attempts to revive production after delays.
