The 2025 Spring Update for Halo Infinite has officially launched, marking the beginning of Operation: Frontlines. This update introduces a new rocket launcher called the Fuel Rod SPNKr, which features Venezian-repackaged fuel rod munitions and is effective against vehicles.
Players can access the Fuel Rod SPNKr through the Academy’s Training mode or by spawning it in Forge for custom games. The updated Operation Pass has also been revamped with 50 tiers of rewards, including four full armor sets, making it more valuable than ever before.
Assault Mode, a fan-favorite since Halo 2, is now live, allowing teams to defend their bomb site and aim to escort the heroic bomb carrier to the enemy base. Neutral Bomb and One Bomb variants are also available upon release of the update.
Other updates include sandbox tuning for various weapons and grenades, a refreshed Ranked experience with changes to existing maps, and Forge updates. The Exchange has been refreshed with new customization rewards, including Valentine’s Day-themed emblems.
