HGTV’s popular home renovation show “Love It or List It” is set to return for a new season, with design expert Page Turner taking over as the lead designer. Turner replaces longtime co-host Hilary Farr, who left the show after 17 seasons in 2023.
The renewal of the show was uncertain following Farr’s departure, but HGTV has announced that it will return for its next eight-episode season in Summer 2025. Longtime real estate agent David Visentin will once again team up with Turner to help homeowners decide whether to renovate their current home or sell it and buy a new one.
Turner, a licensed real estate agent, has appeared on other HGTV shows such as “Flip or Flop Nashville” and “Fix My Flip.” Her extensive background in both design and real estate will be key in helping Visentin find the perfect homes for the show’s clients.
“We’re thrilled to have Page Turner join our team,” said Loren Ruch, Head of Content at HGTV. “Her competitive side was on full display during her appearances on ‘Flip or Flop Nashville’ and ‘Rock the Block,’ and we can’t wait to see how she matches wits with David Visentin.”
