The NBA trade deadline is fast approaching, and teams are making last-minute moves to shake up their rosters. One notable deal sees the Milwaukee Bucks send 33-year-old forward Khris Middleton to the Washington Wizards in exchange for forward Kyle Kuzma.
Middleton has played only 23 games for the Bucks this season, starting 7. The move comes as a surprise, given his limited playing time.
Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers are trading guard KJ Martin to the Detroit Pistons along with two second-round picks. Detroit will use a room exception to absorb Martin’s salary, making it more manageable for the team.
The New Orleans Pelicans have also made a move, trading center Daniel Theis and draft compensation to the Oklahoma City Thunder. This deal comes as part of an ongoing effort by the Pelicans to rebuild their roster.
Stay tuned for further updates on NBA trade deadline news and rumors.
