NBA Trade Deadline: Latest Deals and Players Moving

NBA teams are making last-minute moves ahead of Thursday’s trade deadline, with several high-profile players changing teams. Here’s a rundown of the latest deals:

The Lakers acquired center Mark Williams from the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Dalton Knecht, Cam Reddish, a 2031 unprotected first-round pick, and a 2030 pick swap.

Brandon Ingram has been traded from New Orleans to Toronto in a three-player deal that also involves Bruce Brown Jr., Kelly Olynyk, one first-round pick, and one second-rounder. The Raptors are getting the former Pelicans star, who averaged 22.2 points per game this season despite missing several games due to an ankle injury.

The Warriors are acquiring Jimmy Butler from the Miami Heat in a four-team deal that also involves Andrew Wiggins being sent to Miami. Butler is signing a two-year, $121 million extension with the Warriors through 2026-27.

Jonas Valančiūnas has been traded from the Washington Wizards to the Sacramento Kings for Sidy Cissoko and second-round draft picks in 2028 and 2029.

The Pelicans are shipping veteran center Daniel Theis and a future Draft pick to Oklahoma City for cash considerations.
