Man Restrained After Breaking Plane Window Mid-Flight

A man became violent on a Frontier Airlines flight from Denver to Houston, smashing the airplane’s window after another passenger asked to switch seats. The incident occurred about 20 minutes into the flight and was reported by fellow passengers. One passenger restrained the man with zip ties and a shoelace while others helped secure his arms behind him.

Despite the broken window, the plane landed safely on time at around 11:10 p.m. Law enforcement responded to the scene and spoke to the passenger. However, Frontier Airlines declined to press charges, citing no evidence of wrongdoing by the man. The FBI is continuing its investigation into the incident, which is part of a growing trend of unruly passengers.

According to FlightAware, this was not an isolated incident, as the Federal Aviation Administration has received over 120 reports of unruly passengers so far.
