SpaceX has updated its launch schedule and is now targeting a Falcon 9 rocket launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base on Monday, February 10 at 3:46 p.m. PST. The initial launch window was rescheduled twice before this new date.
Residents in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may experience sonic booms during the launch due to the vehicle’s high speed as it passes through their areas.
The rocket is set to carry 23 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit. The first stage booster will land on a droneship in the Pacific Ocean following the launch.
Additional launch opportunities are available if needed, with backup launches scheduled until 8:03 p.m. on February 10, and new launch windows starting at 3:41 p.m. on Monday.
