Travis Kelce Keeps Spirits High After Super Bowl Loss

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has remained optimistic despite his team’s 40-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVIII. A recent video shared on X captured Kelce having a FaceTime call with electronic music producers The Chainsmokers after the game, where he appeared to be in good spirits.

During the call, Kelce mentioned that The Chainsmokers had played at a Kansas City Chiefs after-party, but it’s unclear if he attended. The party was attended by fans and kids dressed in Chiefs gear, as captured on Instagram Stories by Gracie Hunt, daughter of the team’s CEO and chairman Clark Hunt.

Kelce’s attendance at post-game festivities has been well-documented in previous years, including a 2024 Super Bowl win against the San Francisco 49ers. He was also spotted partying with Taylor Swift and The Chainsmokers at various events, further solidifying his friendship with the duo.

The Kansas City Chiefs and The Chainsmokers have a long history of collaboration, with Kelce attending their Kentucky Derby show in Louisville, Ky., in May 2024, and appearing on stage to dance to one of Swift’s songs. Despite the recent loss, Kelce seems committed to maintaining his friendship with The Chainsmokers.
