US President Donald Trump recently signed several executive orders, including one that canceled plans to replace plastic straws with paper ones. Late Night host Jimmy Kimmel poked fun at the decision, saying Trump “loves plastic” and joking that many of his wives are made of it.
Kimmel also joked about Trump’s comments on shark conservation, saying his degree in marine biology was “really coming in handy”. The comedian also expressed disappointment that the plans to replace plastic straws were canceled, citing the environmental impact of plastic waste in oceans.
Kimmel ended his monologue by teasing Trump over his failed promise to make the day after the Super Bowl a national holiday.
