In-N-Out Burger Relocates Eastern Territory HQ to Franklin, Tennessee

In-N-Out Burger is set to bring its East Coast presence together under one roof by 2029. The company announced plans to merge its West Coast headquarters team and relocate from two Southern California offices to a single location in Baldwin Park, California, and Franklin, Tennessee.

The Irvine office will permanently close in 2029, with the majority of corporate associates relocating to either Baldwin Park or Franklin. The Franklin headquarters, which broke ground in September 2024, is expected to open in late 2026. This new facility will be located off Interstate 65 adjacent to Berry Farms in Franklin.

President Lynsi Snyder-Elligson shared plans to open 35 Tennessee locations, with the Franklin location opening later this year and generating approximately 3,500 jobs in the state. Potential locations in Middle Tennessee include Goodlettsville, Antioch, and Lebanon.
