Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a new accusation of sexual assault. A woman alleges that he cursed and said threatening words to her before allegedly attacking her at a Los Angeles club in 2016. According to court documents, the woman claims Combs told her to drink a shot, then touched her without consent.
Combs’ accuser says she felt dizzy and disoriented after the incident and discovered injuries around her genital area the next morning. The complaint also states that Combs laughed at her attempts to rebuff him and appeared amused by her distress.
Combs’ attorneys deny the allegations, stating that he has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. They claim that a fair judicial process will reveal the truth and that Combs is confident of his innocence.
Combs is facing over two dozen lawsuits and was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and conspiracy. He has denied all charges against him.
