Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new accusation of uttering threatening words before allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at a Los Angeles club in 2016. The complaint, filed in New York State Supreme Court, claims that the Bad Boy Records founder offered the woman a drink but responded aggressively when she declined, leading to an alleged assault.
According to the complaint, Combs forcefully slid a glass towards her and then placed his arm around her, shoving his hand into her skirt. The woman alleges that he laughed at her distress and eventually allowed her to leave, only for her to feel disoriented and experience injuries after being dropped off at her hotel.
The incident is the latest in dozens of lawsuits accusing Combs of sexual misconduct. His attorneys have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, stating that a fair judicial process will determine the truth.
Combs is currently facing federal criminal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, and is set to go on trial in May. He has pleaded not guilty and is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
