Raven Software and Treyarch have released a minor patch for Black Ops 6 (BO6) and Call of Duty: Warzone, addressing issues caused by Season 2 Reloaded. The update corrects weapon tuning changes and restores the original functionality of the Mountaineer Perk.
The patch notes reveal that some weapon buffs and nerfs didn’t apply as expected in the previous Season 2 Reloaded patch. Devs investigated the issue and made adjustments to ensure proper tuning of weapons such as GPR 91, Feng 82, SWAT 5.56, Tsarkov 7.62, and others.
Players also praised Bullet map but couldn’t play on it due to a lack of a 24/7 playlist until this update added one. Additionally, the Challenge Tracker widget in Multiplayer and Zombies has been re-enabled, and an issue preventing players from accessing their online profiles has been fixed.
The patch notes also mention a change that allowed oil trap kills to be counted as critical kills again for Citadelle des Morts map in Zombies mode. Furthermore, Experimental Gas grenades remain restricted in Ranked Play due to a previously reported bug.
A vote-to-forfeit behavior change was made to Ranked Play (MP) and an issue causing players to lose functionality after selecting a Loadout from a Loadout Drop has been fixed.
