Influencer Ashley Clair has filed a paternity and custody lawsuit against Tesla CEO Elon Musk, alleging he is the father of her 5-month-old son. The lawsuit was filed a week after Clair publicly claimed she gave birth to Musk’s 13th child. According to the court documents, Clair asserts that Musk is absent from his son’s care and has had no involvement in his upbringing.
A screenshot of a text message conversation between Clair and Musk shows that he acknowledged his role as father, but his representatives claim they attempted to resolve the matter privately. The lawsuit seeks sole custody of the infant.
