Disney+ has released a teaser trailer for the second season of Andor, the Star Wars prequel series to Rogue One and A New Hope. The first season received critical acclaim for its gritty aesthetic and complex narrative, which follows Cassian Andor’s transformation from a “revolution-averse” cynic to a key player in the Rebel Alliance.
The story begins five years before the events of Rogue One, with the Empire’s destruction of Cassian’s homeworld and his subsequent rise as a rebel leader. The second season promises to intensify the characters’ relationships as war draws near, testing their loyalties and leading to profound betrayals and sacrifices.
